What
got you into the Lolita Fashion? Chobits, the anime. Someone
mentioned she was in 'lolita' so I looked Lolita up and fell in love.
Why
do you like Lolita? I love the idea of looking cute and modest,
accentuating the adorableness of who you are over pushing what you
have in people's faces. Plus I feel like a princess in frill skirts.

How
long have you been interested in Lolita? About ten years. Almost 11.
What
would you like to see come of this group? I would like to see it
bring the community together on SL and give the designers of the
Lolita fashion a push towards realizing that we're still here, and
still looking for them to bring us wonderful things. I also want to
create a lolita hangout with a little store where each designer can
put one of their outfits that way new lolitas have an easy way to hop
from Lolita store to Lolita store without having to feel like it's
hard to find a decent dress in any style. <3

Hard
to say, but I guess what I see the least on SL is accessories and
hangouts.

got you into the Lolita Fashion?
I
decided to check it out several years ago when I was first introduced
to it through a "lolita bible", and got addicted just from
looking at all of the pretty clothing.
Why
do you like Lolita?
I'm
in a big fashion addict, and it happened to be one of the things that
caught my interest. Bows, petticoats, and cute skirts/jumpers? Yes
please.
How
long have you been interested in Lolita?
At
least 6 1/2 years, though I more recently got involved into it when I
first joined SL.
What
would you like to see come of this group?
Coming
from a group owner, well.. I would like to see us create a store as
well as a hangout/cafe type area for other lolita to come to while
they are shopping and possibly chat and get to know other lolita in
the process.
I'd
like to see us become one of the top lolita clothing stores and
groups known in SL at some point, though I know this is merely a
dream for us right now.

What
got you into the Lolita Fashion? I got into it starting from watching
Cardcaptor sakura. I never really knew about Lolita fashion, or the
aspects of it, till later on in my High School years when I
discovered several Japanese stores in Manhattan. I read magazines
like Kara, and The Lolita Bible.

got you into the Lolita Fashion? Anime (Shôjo), and the wonderful
book Fruits/Fresh Fruits/Gothic&Lolita by this famous Japanese
photographer I can't recall the name.
Why
do you like Lolita? The fact it reveals the true feminity and
prettiness with clothes and offers a way nicer look on females than
this prostitute pornstar look all women get in here. Because, women
can also be pretty with clothes; dressing Lolita enhances and
enlightens women's natural beauty and desire to be pretty and admired
for it. Lolita's behaviour is all in cuteness, niceness, shyness, and
modesty, not the usual gogo dancer hookup so many women like.

you Lolita IRL? Oh, I wish! If I had the funding to buy all the great

often do you dress in Lolita in SL? Almost always, maybe 90% of the
time!
Other times I dress in historic kimonos.

Lolita store; Oh, I couldn't possibly choose! I love so many, and
I
bet there's more out there I haven't even found yet! I'll list some
of
my
favorites: Kawaii Japan, Gallery Fumiwo, and Ambrosia.

I am obsessed with Japan itself. I love Anime's, Mangas,
and
creating my own role plays with my friends that usually center
around
Japan. I enjoy trying Japanese foods and snacks when I
can
get them, though I can't have seafood. While I don't know many
Japanese
words, I love when I learn new ones and can recognize them.
Of
course, I also love lolita! Not only the fashions, but the mind sets.
I
love cute or "kawaii" things! Oh, and here in SL I adore
lolita shopping!
Least
Favorites; I can't stand it when people assume that being lolita is
something
dirty or sexual, obviously thought this by countries outside
of
Asia. I don't like lolita to be thought of as age play. It isn't! I
don't
like
false assumptions without actually making an effort to check
things
out, and I don't like drama, though it obviously happens.

I wear so many different types of patterns, or sometimes just solids.

necklaces. It is hard to describe what type I like. If I am shopping
and
one just stands out to me, I've got to have it!

they
contact me and say something before dropping a random friendship
offer
on to me, so I know it is a lolita and not a random weirdo! Hehe.

is it that you think SL is lacking most for Lolitas? Understanding.
If
there
was more understanding as to what a lolita really is, maybe there
would
be more shops devoted to it, and people would not harass us
because
they'd understand us, and maybe there'd even be a hangout
for
lolita! Wouldn't it be great to have an actual club we could all go
to
that
was decorated for us, and music would be Anime, J-Pop or other
music
suited for us, too? We could go and just dance, have fun and
get
to know more people. Maybe more lolita based sims would turn up.
What
got you into the Lolita Fashion? I saw it in different manga and
Anime,
became curious and started to look in to it more. I got in to it
right
away, and enjoyed my journey in learning all about it! I think
the
first time I ever saw the fashion was in Chobits.
Why
do you like Lolita? It is elegant and innocent. Lolita are gentle and
cute.
There is such bitterness in the world, but most lolita types dress
to
show off the part of the world that people overlook and no longer
see.
Some
consider it childish, but just because one "outgrows" a
mind-set
doesn't
mean that mind set is childish or wrong. For those who still
choose
to enjoy these things aren't wrong or strange either. It's a
little
piece of goodness and happiness, no matter what type one
might
go with. There's beauty and grace, and that makes me happy.

long have you been interested in Lolita? Years! Maybe over ten?

What
would you like to see come of this group? It would be great if we
could
all get to know each other and become good friends. Knowing there
are
others who like the same things I do out there makes me feel happy,
rather
than like a lolita alone in SL, wondering if there were others, like
myself,
who would like to see more out there for the lolitas of SL. I'd
love
to see this group bring us together.
